Refund & Return Policy

At Murshid Fabrics, we want every customer to shop with confidence. We carefully inspect our fabrics before dispatch to ensure quality and accuracy.

If you face any issue with your order, we're here to help.

Eligible Returns

You may request a return if:

✔ You received the wrong product

✔ The product arrived damaged

✔ The product has a manufacturing defect

✔ The product is significantly different from what was ordered

To be eligible, the item must:

  • Be unused and unstitched
  • Remain in its original condition
  • Include original packaging (if applicable)
  • Be reported within 3 days of delivery

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and product integrity reasons, we cannot accept returns if:

  • The fabric has been cut, stitched or altered
  • The product has been washed or used
  • The return request is made after the allowed period
  • The color difference is due to screen or mobile display variations

Please note that slight color variation may occur due to lighting and device settings.

Return Request Process

To request a return:

  1. Contact our support team within 3 days of receiving your order.
  2. Share your order number.
  3. Attach clear photos of the product and issue.
  4. Our team will review the request and guide you through the next steps.

Refund Policy

Once the returned item is received and inspected:

  • Approved refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days.
  • Refunds will be issued through the original payment method where applicable.
  • For Cash on Delivery orders, our team will coordinate the refund process directly.

Exchange Policy

If you receive an incorrect or defective product, we may offer:

  • Product Exchange
  • Replacement Fabric
  • Refund (where applicable)

The suitable option will be provided after review.

Order Cancellation

Orders can be cancelled before dispatch.

Once an order has been shipped, cancellation requests cannot be accepted.

Shipping Charges

  • Return shipping costs may apply unless the error was on our side.
  • If the wrong or defective item was delivered, Murshid Fabrics will cover the necessary return or replacement arrangements.
